The factory was built according to the most modern production and environmental standards and equipped with the latest generation machines, such as CNC machines for processing and bending metal pipes, laser cutting machines, sheet metal bending presses and welding robots.
One of the standout features is the metal plasticisation line, employing nano-particle etching technology—a rarity in the region. This line is equipped with a „nebula“ system, facilitating the application of protective metal particles into every material pore. This innovative process renders the metal resilient to external environmental factors, eliminating the need for the galvanisation process before plasticisation. In a testament to our commitment to environmental responsibility, the facility is equipped with advanced filtration systems. These are integrated into the plants, specifically in welding and grinding processes, ensuring the efficient extraction of waste materials. This dual-pronged approach not only safeguards the environment but also prioritises the health and safety of our valued employees.
Beyond the metal processing department, our factory proudly houses a dedicated upholstery workshop where every pillow and upholstered furniture piece comes to life. Here, a team of skilled and committed craftsmen applies their expertise to handcraft furniture using innovative and specially designed outdoor rope. This unique approach not only imparts a touch of luxury but also ensures the distinctive individuality of each item, contributing to the overall excellence and craftsmanship that defines our furniture.
The engineering and master team of the ANIMO company has almost three decades of experience, which they gained by producing their own items as well as products and semi-finished products for numerous well-known domestic and international furniture manufacturers.
